WHO IS CLARK'S SAUSAGE & PORK OUTLET?

Henry Clark and Elizabeth Clark, natives of Rocky Point , founded Clark's Sausage Company in 1926. It all began many years ago when people traded livestock and crops for goods and services. The Clark's were paid with several hogs to pay off a debt. So they decided to salt the hams and cut up the rest of the meat and made sausage to take to the farmer's market in Wilmington, NC to sell. Thus began Clark's Sausage Company and the rest is history. This family oriented business was continued by C.H. Clark, Jr. who expanded the business by branching out to more grocery stores in Southeastern North Carolina.

Today, Charles H. Clark III, a third generation business owner, processes all kinds of pork and beef or any type of wild game that hunters bring in. His local country store fulfills the needs of locals for goods and services. We supply all kinds of products from deer processing, meat processing, pork sausage, hoop cheese, fried pork skins, Country sausage, ribs, liver pudding, souse, c-loaf, and of course pork chops. Clark's Sausage & Pork Outlet also offers wholesale products to local grocery stores and area restaurants.

Come by and visit Clark's Sausage & Pork Outlet's our famous grill is open from 6am to  2pm, Monday through Saturday for a fresh country sausage breakfast or a great Barbecue sandwich or plate for lunch.
